Cancellation And Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at crm.support@jaimru.com.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the CRM software until the end of the period for which you have paid.

Trial Period

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will be billed automatically unless canceled.

2. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once a payment has been processed. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees in next 7 business days of cancellation . After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

No Refund for Non-Usage

Failure to use the software or lack of usage does not qualify for a refund. It is the responsibility of the user to cancel the subscription if it is no longer needed.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in rare cases where there are technical issues that prevent the proper use of the software, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to crm.support@jaimru.com.

3. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
